What conditions do you treat?
We provide treatment for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, OCD, sleep disorders, psychosis, substance use disorders in combination with psychotherapy.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth appointments?
We offer telehealth appointments for convenience and accessibility. In-person visits may be available depending on location and need.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your first visit will be a comprehensive evaluation where we discuss your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment.

Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept Cigna, Aetna, Quest behavioral health, Carleon Behavioral health and also offer self-pay options. Please leave us a message to verify coverage before booking

Do you prescribe medications?
Yes, we provide medication management when appropriate. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, and medication decisions are made collaboratively.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a late cancellation fee.

What are your fees for services?
Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (CPE): $240

Follow-up Medication Management Session: $140 per session

Psychotherapy Session (CBT): $120 per session
